HALT and kick start my body

I am tired, sick and lonely and burned out a bit.
I am resting and need to relax a bit more as of late, My body is worn out.
I might go danceing a bit tonight, later but probblry not.
I ate ok, and did my morming meeting.

I just need relax and r&r and have a busy week next week with the collage enroolment--
